The photo above is the cover of his amazing new recipe book. Frank has owned his own restaurant in the Seattle area for quite a few years, and is finally sharing his expertise with us...less qualified chefs. I have not had the opportunity to check out my cookbook yet, but have been assured that the meals are beyond delicious, the deserts are delectable, and all of it is designed for everyday home cooking.
